I expected Kisuke to need to ingest blood from time-to-time, but I wasn’t expecting him to need to directly bite Katya just to do so. How is she not infected with vampirism?
That’s a great question! Without going into terrible amounts of detail, vampires on Ryl are capable of drinking blood without killing or turning a victim, if they choose to keep them alive for long term feeding or other purposes. In addition, Katya is a Slayer, and as such has certain resistances and immunities that the average critterkin does not!
So he does need to drink. I was wondering how far the curse had gone.
